Rover Roller (large): With a volume of 105 liters, the Rover Roller Large is designed for travelers who need as much room as possible but without the extra length and bulk of our Tactical Trolley board bag. The Rover Roller features a split design with one large zip in the middle that opens the bag into two compartments and zip-around mesh dividers keeping the two separate. Compression straps around the outside help reduce bulk and reinforce the zipper closure when the bag is stuffed full and a lock-out telescoping roller handle and durable dual wheels make negotiating busy sidewalks, airports and hotel lobbies a breeze.

UK Deliveries

Deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed.

Whenever possible, goods will be despatched by standard Royal Mail post within 48 hours. Please allow up to 5 working days from the date of despatch. We will always obtain a receipt as proof of posting.

In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the [product/gift] to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

EU Deliveries

Gifts can be despatched internationally, although local restrictions may apply. These are levied at the port of ingress on a 'consignment by consignment' basis and we cannot therefore predict if they will be charged and are unable to influence if and how these may be levied. You will be responsible for these charges as levied. We constantly monitor the customs policies of individual countries and reserve the right to decline any orders to countries if we have concerns relating to the safe delivery of your gift or countries that are likely to impose restrictive duties.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of us receiving the goods back. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. We would expect the purchaser to cover the cost of return postage to us. We would make any exchange without additional postal charges from us.

In the event of a return of goods for a refund we do not refund the postage paid on the original order.
